About Moonpig
Moonpig lets you personalise cards with your own photos, names and messages. There are thousands of designs for birthdays, anniversaries, new babies and other occasions. The gift range covers flowers, plants, alcohol, chocolates, soft toys, balloons and experiences.
Moonpig has no shops and trades only through moonpig.com and its app. Cards can go straight to the recipient or to you. Next-day delivery is available if you order before the daily cut-off.
Card postage is a flat charge, while gifts have their own delivery costs. Personalised cards usually can't be returned. Gifts follow the returns terms shown on the site.
Other ways to save at Moonpig
App-only offers
The Moonpig app often has offers you won't find on the website. It also saves your addresses, which makes repeat orders quicker.
Multi-card deals
Moonpig often runs promotions where buying several cards in one order lowers the price per card. That helps when you have a run of birthdays coming up.
Newsletter welcome offer
Signing up to Moonpig emails usually brings a welcome offer. You'll also hear about promotions around Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas.
Date reminders
Reminders in your account or the app warn you before key dates. Ordering early means you can use standard postage instead of paying for faster delivery.
Card and gift bundles
Adding a gift to a card order sometimes unlocks a bundle price. These deals change often, so check the gift pages for what's on.
What to check before using a code
Moonpig codes are typically limited to one per order and cover the product price only, so postage is still payable. Many offers apply to cards only, excluding gifts, flowers, alcohol, balloons and gift vouchers, or the other way round. Some codes are for new customers or app users, and a minimum spend may apply. You need a Moonpig account to order, and codes often expire quickly around seasonal events.
Moonpig FAQs
Does Moonpig offer a student discount?
Moonpig has offered student discounts through third-party student schemes at times, but not permanently. Check your student discount provider or the Moonpig site for anything current.
Do Moonpig codes work in the app?
Yes, the app has its own code box in the basket, and some offers are app-only. Website codes generally work in the app too, unless the offer says otherwise.
How quickly can Moonpig deliver a card?
Cards ordered before the daily cut-off are usually dispatched the same day. Next-day delivery costs extra, and delivery times for gifts and flowers vary by product.
What if my Moonpig card arrives misprinted?
Moonpig will generally reprint or refund a card that arrives faulty or misprinted. Contact customer services with your order details.
Where do these Moonpig offers come from?
We collect offers from Moonpig's own promotions, affiliate network feeds and codes sent in by shoppers. Each offer shows when we added it and, if we know it, when it ends. Offers disappear from this page once they expire.
We only mark an offer as checked when someone on our team has tested it, and we show the date they did. Anything else is listed as supplied and could change without notice. Some links earn us a small commission, which never affects the price you pay. Our editorial policy and affiliate disclosure explain more.
