About Dunelm
Dunelm began as a market stall selling curtains and now runs large stores across the UK. It also sells through dunelm.com and a mobile app. The range covers bedding, cushions, rugs, lighting, furniture, bathroom accessories, cookware and made-to-measure curtains and blinds. Many stores also have a cafe.
You can order online for home delivery or pick up from a store with Click & Collect. Large furniture comes through a specialist delivery service, which usually takes longer and costs extra.
Unused items in their original condition can be returned within a set period, either by post or in store. Made-to-measure and personalised products are normally excluded unless they are faulty.
Other ways to save at Dunelm
Seasonal sales
Dunelm runs big sales around January, summer and Black Friday. Reductions usually cover bedding, furniture and seasonal decor. Popular sizes and colours can sell out, so it pays to shop early in a sale.
Clearance lines
Discontinued products are listed in a clearance section online and in dedicated areas in store. Prices often drop further as stock runs down.
Free Click & Collect
Ordering online and collecting from a store usually avoids a delivery charge on smaller items. It suits small orders that fall below the free delivery threshold.
Email newsletter
Subscribers hear about new promotions and sale launches first. Check the sign-up page to see whether a welcome offer is running.
Multibuy offers
Dunelm often runs bundle prices on bedding, towels and cushions. The saving applies automatically once all the qualifying items are in your basket.
What to check before using a code
Dunelm discount codes usually apply to selected ranges rather than the whole site. Sale items, gift cards and made-to-measure products are often excluded, and a minimum spend may apply. You can normally use only one code per order, and some codes work online only. Delivery charges on large furniture are worked out separately and are not usually reduced by a percentage-off code.
Dunelm FAQs
Does Dunelm offer a student discount?
Dunelm does not run a permanent student discount at the time of writing. It sometimes works with student discount platforms for short periods, so check those for a current offer.
Can I use a Dunelm discount code in store?
Most Dunelm codes are for online orders. Some printed vouchers can be scanned at the till, so check whether the offer mentions in-store use.
Is delivery free at Dunelm?
Standard delivery is usually free once your order passes a minimum value. Large furniture carries a separate charge, which is shown at checkout.
Can I return sale items to Dunelm?
Sale items can normally be returned under the same policy as full-price goods, provided they are unused and within the returns window. Check the returns page for the current period.
Does Dunelm sell gift cards?
Yes, Dunelm sells gift cards. Discount codes usually cannot be used to buy them, so check the card's terms for where it can be spent.
Where do these Dunelm offers come from?
We collect offers from Dunelm's own promotions, affiliate network feeds and codes sent in by shoppers. Each offer shows when we added it and, if we know it, when it ends. Offers disappear from this page once they expire.
We only mark an offer as checked when someone on our team has tested it, and we show the date they did. Anything else is listed as supplied and could change without notice. Some links earn us a small commission, which never affects the price you pay. Our editorial policy and affiliate disclosure explain more.
