Letterbox bouquets are packed flat in a slim box that fits through the door. The stems arrive in bud and open over the following days once arranged. The range also includes larger bouquets, houseplants, dried flowers, candles and gift sets.
Bloom & Wild has no shops and sells through bloomandwild.com and its app. Its parent group also owns Bloomon and Bergamotte in Europe. Larger bouquets and plants travel by courier, with a delivery charge and tracked slots.
Flowers can't be returned because they're perishable. Quality problems are covered by a freshness guarantee instead.
