Interflora works with independent florists across the UK, who make up and hand-deliver each order locally. This local network sets it apart from letterbox and courier flower services. The range covers bouquets, arrangements, plants, and funeral and sympathy flowers, plus extras such as chocolates, balloons and vases.
You can order on interflora.co.uk, in the Interflora app or by phone. Flowers can also be sent abroad through the international network. Delivery prices depend on the day and service you choose.
Flowers are perishable, so there's no standard returns process. Orders can usually be changed or cancelled up to a stated time before delivery.
