About LOOKFANTASTIC
LOOKFANTASTIC sells skincare from brands such as Elemis, Clinique and The Ordinary, along with salon haircare, make-up and fragrance. It also stocks electrical beauty tools and men's grooming.
The retailer is part of THG, the Manchester-based group that also runs Myprotein and Cult Beauty. There are no shops, so you buy through lookfantastic.com or the app.
Orders are sent from UK warehouses. Standard delivery is the cheapest option, and faster services are available for a fee.

Weekly code promotions
Sitewide and category codes run most weeks and are often shown on the homepage banner. The brand exclusions change from one promotion to the next.
The Beauty Box
The monthly Beauty Box contains a mix of sample and full-size products for a fixed price. The first box is often discounted for new subscribers.
Free gifts with purchase
Brands regularly offer free gifts or bundled sets when you spend a certain amount. The gift is added automatically once your basket qualifies.
App-only offers
The app sometimes has its own codes and early access to sales. Compare it with the website before you order.
What to check before using a code
Only one code can be used per order, and it can't be stacked with the student discount or another promotion. Gift sets, Beauty Box subscriptions, gift cards and reduced items are usually excluded. Some codes carry a minimum spend, and new-customer codes only work on a first order from a new account. Delivery is worked out on the discounted total, so a code can take you below the free-delivery threshold.
LOOKFANTASTIC FAQs
Does LOOKFANTASTIC offer a student discount?
Yes. Students verified through Student Beans or UNiDAYS get a code to use in the basket. Check the site for the current rate and brand exclusions.
Why does my code not work on certain brands?
Many premium brands opt out of sitewide promotions. The code will only apply to eligible items, and the offer terms list which brands are left out.
Does LOOKFANTASTIC offer free delivery?
Standard UK delivery is usually free above a minimum spend set out on the website. Faster options are paid.
Can I return opened products?
Generally not. Returns are accepted within the stated period for unopened products in their original condition, which rules out most used cosmetics.
Where do these LOOKFANTASTIC offers come from?
We collect offers from LOOKFANTASTIC's own promotions, affiliate network feeds and codes sent in by shoppers. Each offer shows when we added it and, if we know it, when it ends. Offers disappear from this page once they expire.
We only mark an offer as checked when someone on our team has tested it, and we show the date they did. Anything else is listed as supplied and could change without notice. Some links earn us a small commission, which never affects the price you pay. Our editorial policy and affiliate disclosure explain more.
