About Gousto
Gousto has a changing weekly menu with family favourites, vegetarian and vegan dishes, quick meals and lighter options. You choose how many recipes you want and how many people each one serves. The ingredients arrive measured out, so there's very little waste.
Everything runs through the Gousto website and app. You pick a delivery day and choose your recipes before the weekly cut-off. Skipping a week, pausing or cancelling can all be done from your account. Boxes come by courier in insulated packaging and can be left in a safe place if you're out.
Gousto doesn't take returns because the contents are fresh food. If something is missing, damaged or poor quality, report it through the Help section. The usual fix is credit against a future box.

Introductory offers
Gousto's main offer is a discount for new customers. It's often spread across the first few boxes rather than just the first one. The details change regularly, so check the current sign-up offer.
Refer a friend
Each subscriber gets a personal referral link. Friends who join through it get a discount, and you usually receive credit once their first box arrives.
Bigger boxes
The price per portion falls as you add more recipes to a box. One larger delivery is usually better value than several small ones.
Skip rather than cancel
If you're away, skip that week instead of cancelling. Skipping keeps your account open along with any offer boxes you have left. Cancelling may mean losing them.
What to check before using a code
Gousto's introductory codes are for new customers, usually one per household. They cover the first box or a set number of early boxes, not the whole subscription. After that, boxes are charged at full price unless you skip or cancel before the weekly cut-off. Codes can't normally be combined with referral credit or other offers, so check the terms on the Gousto site.
Gousto FAQs
Does Gousto offer a student discount?
Gousto has occasionally run student offers through discount platforms, but there's no permanent student scheme. The standard new-customer offer is usually the best place to start.
Can I use a code if I've had Gousto before?
Most codes are for new customers only. If you've subscribed before, Gousto may email you a separate returning-customer offer.
Is there a minimum subscription length?
No, there's no fixed contract. Cancelling early may mean losing any discounted boxes still to come, though.
Can I change my recipes after ordering?
Yes, you can change your recipes, portions or delivery day up to the weekly cut-off. After that, the box is locked in and sent as planned.
Where do these Gousto offers come from?
We collect offers from Gousto's own promotions, affiliate network feeds and codes sent in by shoppers. Each offer shows when we added it and, if we know it, when it ends. Offers disappear from this page once they expire.
We only mark an offer as checked when someone on our team has tested it, and we show the date they did. Anything else is listed as supplied and could change without notice. Some links earn us a small commission, which never affects the price you pay. Our editorial policy and affiliate disclosure explain more.
