About New Look
New Look mainly sells womenswear, footwear, accessories and beauty, with smaller menswear and teen ranges. Sizing includes petite, tall, curve and maternity. It is known for good-value coats, shoes and trend-led pieces.
The chain has traded on the high street since the late 1960s. Today you can shop in several hundred UK stores, on newlook.com or in the New Look app.
Online orders can be delivered to your home or sent to a store for collection. Returns can be made in store or by post, and the full terms are on the website.
Other ways to save at New Look
The New Look sale
The online sale is updated often, and end-of-season clearances bring the deepest cuts. Stores usually have their own sale rails too, sometimes with extra reductions.
Payday and seasonal events
New Look runs promotions through the year, from short payday offers to Black Friday and Boxing Day. Many of these events cover the whole site.
Free store collection
Collecting your order from a New Look store avoids home-delivery charges. It helps most when your basket is under the free-delivery spend.
What to check before using a code
New Look usually allows one code per order, and it can't be combined with the student discount or another promotion. Codes tend to exclude sale items, gift cards, delivery charges and some third-party brands. Some need a minimum spend, and new-customer or email codes are tied to one account. Check the small print on any code for its expiry date and exclusions.
New Look FAQs
Does New Look have a student discount?
Yes. Students verified with UNiDAYS or Student Beans can get a discount online and in store. Check the New Look site for the current rate and exclusions.
Can I use an online code in a New Look store?
Generally not. Online codes work on the website and app, while in-store offers are applied at the till. The student discount is the exception and works in both.
Does New Look offer free delivery?
Standard delivery is usually free above a minimum spend shown on the website. Store collection is usually free as well.
What is New Look's returns policy?
You can return items within the stated window if they are unworn with tags attached. Some items, such as pierced jewellery and certain sale lines, are excluded.
Where do these New Look offers come from?
We collect offers from New Look's own promotions, affiliate network feeds and codes sent in by shoppers. Each offer shows when we added it and, if we know it, when it ends. Offers disappear from this page once they expire.
We only mark an offer as checked when someone on our team has tested it, and we show the date they did. Anything else is listed as supplied and could change without notice. Some links earn us a small commission, which never affects the price you pay. Our editorial policy and affiliate disclosure explain more.
