About Jollyes
Jollyes grew from a small group of family-run shops into one of the UK's larger pet chains. It has stores across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, mostly in large out-of-town units. Some branches also offer grooming and pet healthcare.
Stores stock branded and own-label food alongside bedding, toys, leads, litter and small-animal housing. You can also shop online at jollyes.co.uk, with home delivery or collection from a branch. Heavy items such as large bags of food are popular online buys.
Returns of unused products are generally accepted within a stated period. Food and hygiene items may be treated differently, so read the returns page before sending anything back.
Other ways to save at Jollyes
Jollyes Pet Club
The free Pet Club gives members rewards and exclusive offers in store and online. It's the most reliable ongoing way to save at Jollyes. Sign in when you shop online so your purchases count.
Multi-buys and seasonal offers
Jollyes runs frequent multi-buy deals on food and treats, plus promotional events through the year. These apply automatically and are listed on its offers page.
Free delivery over a minimum spend
Online orders above a set amount normally get free standard delivery. Adding smaller items to a big food order often gets you there.
What to check before using a code
Jollyes codes are usually limited to one per order and often can't be used with Pet Club rewards or multi-buy deals. Gift cards, prescription and vet items, services and some brands are common exclusions. A minimum spend may apply, and delivery is still charged below the free delivery threshold. Codes are generally for online orders unless the offer says they work in store.
Jollyes FAQs
Does Jollyes have a student or NHS discount?
Jollyes doesn't appear to run a permanent student or NHS discount. Any such offers tend to be short promotions, so check its website for anything current.
Can I use an online code in a Jollyes store?
Online codes usually can't be used at the till. Store savings come through the Pet Club and shelf promotions instead.
Is Click & Collect free at Jollyes?
Click & Collect to a store is typically free. It avoids delivery charges on a small order, and you can check the item before you take it home.
Can I return an online order to a Jollyes store?
Unused items in their original packaging can generally be returned to a store or by post within the returns window. Certain food and hygiene products may be excluded.
Where do these Jollyes offers come from?
We collect offers from Jollyes's own promotions, affiliate network feeds and codes sent in by shoppers. Each offer shows when we added it and, if we know it, when it ends. Offers disappear from this page once they expire.
We only mark an offer as checked when someone on our team has tested it, and we show the date they did. Anything else is listed as supplied and could change without notice. Some links earn us a small commission, which never affects the price you pay. Our editorial policy and affiliate disclosure explain more.
